By downloading, accessing, or using Privify VPN LITE, a product owned and operated by Elite Auto Locks Repairing L.L.C, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application or its services.
Elite Auto Locks Repairing L.L.C., operating under the Privify VPN brand, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Privify VPN LITE for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

Privify VPN LITE may offer optional Premium features and services that can be purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Premium features may provide access to additional functionality, servers, connection options, performance features, or other benefits as described in the application at the time of purchase.
4.1 Apple In-App Purchases
All Premium purchases made through the iOS application are processed by Apple, using Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
We do not directly process or store your Apple payment card, banking, or other payment information for purchases made through the App Store.
The price of each Premium product or subscription is displayed to you before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary depending on your country or region and are determined through the App Store.
4.2 Subscriptions
If Privify VPN LITE offers Premium as an auto-renewable subscription, the subscription will automatically renew for the applicable subscription period unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.
The applicable subscription duration, purchase price, renewal price, and any introductory or promotional offer will be displayed in the application and/or App Store before purchase.
After an introductory or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically renew at the standard price applicable to that subscription unless cancelled.
You authorize Apple to charge the applicable subscription price to your Apple Account payment method for each renewal period.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Cancelling a subscription generally prevents the next renewal but does not normally terminate access immediately. Premium access will generally remain available until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to Apple’s applicable policies.
Privify VPN does not have the ability to cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.
4.4 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage, change, or cancel your Privify VPN subscription through your Apple Account’s subscription settings.
Apple may provide subscription management options including cancellation, renewal, upgrades, or downgrades depending on the subscription configuration.
4.5 Restore Purchases
If you have previously purchased eligible Premium content or services, you may be able to restore your purchase using the Restore Purchases functionality provided within the application.
Restoration may require you to be signed in to the Apple Account originally used to make the purchase.
4.6 Refunds
All payments and refunds for purchases made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable refund policies.
Privify VPN does not directly issue refunds for purchases processed through the App Store.
To request a refund, you should use Apple’s official refund process.
4.7 Failed Payments and Expiration
If Apple is unable to process a subscription renewal, Premium access may be suspended or expire in accordance with Apple’s billing and subscription rules.
Premium access may also end when a subscription expires, is cancelled, or otherwise becomes inactive.
Premium features are provided subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or discontinue Premium features or other aspects of the service.
Where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies, users will receive appropriate notice regarding material changes to paid services.
Changes to Premium features do not automatically entitle users to a refund unless required by applicable law or Apple’s applicable policies.
Privify VPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available in every location.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services, internet service providers, telecommunications networks, Apple services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Auto Locks Repairing L.L.C. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of Privify VPN.
Users are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Privify VPN where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, applicable laws, or Apple’s applicable policies.
Termination of access to the application does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription. Users must manage and cancel App Store subscriptions through their Apple Account.
By downloading and using Privify VPN LITE, you agree to Apple’s applicable End User License Agreement governing use of the application.
Unless a custom EULA is provided, the application uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Apple’s Standard EULA is available through Apple’s legal documentation.
All rights, title, and interest in and to Privify VPN LITE, including its software, branding, logos, designs, content, and other intellectual property, remain the property of Elite Auto Locks Repairing L.L.C. or its respective licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Privify VPN or its licensors.
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of Privify VPN to do the same.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the application, Premium services, applicable laws, or business practices.
When appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes.
Your continued use of Privify VPN after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
