1. Information We Collect

A. VPN & Service Data
We do not collect, store, or log:
• Browsing activity
• DNS queries
• Websites visited
• VPN traffic contents
• Connection logs
• Personally identifiable VPN usage activity

IP-related data may be processed temporarily in memory during an active VPN session solely for connection establishment and troubleshooting. This data is not stored or retained after the session ends.

B. Analytics & Crash Reporting
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app performance, improve stability, and enhance the user experience.
Firebase services may automatically process limited technical and usage-related information, including:
• App interactions
• Session activity
• Crash reports
• General technical information related to app performance and stability
• Approximate geographic region derived from IP address
We do not use this information to personally identify users.
We do not sell user data or use analytics information for advertising purposes.
Firebase data is processed according to Google’s privacy and data handling policies.

C. User Support
If you contact us through email or support channels, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your request or inquiry.

D. Premium Purchases and Subscriptions
Privify VPN LITE offers Premium features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
All Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through the Apple App Store using Apple’s StoreKit framework. We do not use third-party payment processors or subscription management services.
We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment information. Payment information is handled by Apple.
When you purchase or subscribe to Premium, the App receives transaction and subscription information from Apple that is required to verify your purchase and provide access to Premium features. This may include:
• The Premium product purchased
• Purchase or transaction status
• Subscription status
• Subscription expiration or renewal information
• Information required to restore a previous purchase

We use this information only to verify your purchase, provide Premium access, restore purchases, and manage the availability of Premium features.
Your payment details are not provided to us by the App Store.
Apple handles payment processing, billing, subscription renewals, refunds, and payment methods under Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
You can manage or cancel your Apple subscription through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily end access immediately; access may continue until the end of the current paid subscription period, depending on Apple’s subscription rules.

2. Permissions Used by the App
Notifications
The App may request notification permission to provide:
• VPN connection status updates
• Important service-related notifications
Notifications are not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Information
We use limited analytics, technical, and purchase-related information to:
• Monitor app stability and performance
• Identify and fix crashes or technical issues
• Improve app functionality and reliability
• Understand general app usage trends
• Verify and provide access to Premium features
• Restore Premium purchases when requested
• Maintain the correct subscription status
We do not use collected information for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

4. Advertising & Tracking
Our App does not display third-party advertisements.
We do not track users across third-party apps, websites, or services for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.
Premium purchases do not give us access to your browsing history, VPN traffic, DNS queries, or websites visited.

5. Data Retention
We do not retain VPN activity logs or browsing data.
Analytics and crash-related data processed through Firebase services are retained according to Google Firebase retention policies.
Purchase and subscription information may be processed or retained for as long as necessary to provide Premium features, verify purchases, restore subscriptions, comply with applicable requirements, and resolve purchase-related issues.
Support emails or communications may be retained for customer support purposes.

6. International Data Transfers
Firebase services may process data on servers located in different countries.
Google handles such transfers according to its applicable privacy and security practices.
Apple processes App Store purchases and related subscription information according to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

7. Security Measures
We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect information processed through the App.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights regarding your data, including:

Because we do not store personally identifiable VPN activity or user accounts, our ability to identify individual users may be limited.
For App Store purchases and subscriptions, certain billing and transaction information is controlled by Apple. You may need to contact Apple directly regarding payment records, billing information, refunds, or other App Store account matters.
You may also disable analytics permissions through your device settings where applicable.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
